1. Introduction
Pactly Car ("we") operates a marketplace for used and new vehicles. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you stay in control. By using the app you accept these practices.
2. Data we collect
• Account: name, e-mail and sign-in identifier (Apple, Google or e-mail/password). • Listings: make, model, photos, description, price, approximate location. • Messages: the content of conversations between buyers and sellers. • Usage: pages viewed, favourites and searches, to improve the service. • Technical: device type, app version, error logs.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to create and secure your account, publish your listings, enable messaging, provide the AI valuation and search features, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Sign in with Apple
If you sign in with Apple we receive a unique identifier and, at your choice, your name and an e-mail address (possibly an Apple private relay address). We never receive your Apple password.
5. Sharing
Your listings and the seller name are publicly visible. We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with service providers (hosting, payment, e-mail) solely to operate the service.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and your data at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your data and object to certain processing. You can permanently delete your account and all your data at any time from Profile → "Delete my account". For any other request, write to us from the "Contact us" screen in the app.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed and traffic is encrypted. No system is infallible: please report any suspected incident.
