By creating an account or using Pactly Car you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Role of the platform
Pactly Car is an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers of vehicles. We are not a party to the transactions. Sales are concluded directly between users.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for the security of your account. You must be of legal age in your country.
4. Listings
Sellers warrant the accuracy of their listings and their right to sell the vehicle. Fraudulent, misleading or illegal listings are prohibited and may be removed.
5. User conduct
Harassing other users, posting illegal content, circumventing moderation or using the app for fraudulent purposes is prohibited. Breaches may lead to a warning, suspension or ban. You can report any listing or user, and block a user, directly from the app.
6. Content and AI
Price valuations, assisted search and the negotiator are provided for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice. Always inspect a vehicle before buying.
7. Payments
Some options (listing promotion, PRO subscriptions) may be paid through our payment providers on the web. Prices are shown before any purchase.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pactly Car is not liable for disputes between users or for the quality of the vehicles sold.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to you. Last updated: 2026.
